Bucket Bucket, id d8e8fc72-4846-40a3-8333-ec54e0614ff3, created 2026-07-31, emptied and deleted 2026-09-19: first via railway bucket delete (environment patch ed273e06-27fd-4f9c-978d-e19d35e7ed04 committed isDeleted: true), then via the dashboard bucket Settings → Delete Bucket → Destructive Changes confirmed and committed.
railway bucket list returns [], and the Architecture view shows no bucket, but project(id){ buckets } still returns this bucket with deletedAt: null.
projectTransferInitiate and the dashboard Transfer Ownership flow are refused with: "Cannot transfer a project that has object storage buckets. Please delete all buckets in this project before transferring." Trace IDs: 1256065402016715272 and 4142639699555406689.
Please hard-delete or mark deleted the bucket record so this project can be transferred to workspace 8e4e7270-6ef8-461d-bc7b-84361aa5b8cd.

The bucket deletion is still inside the ~52-hour retention window and is scheduled for permanent removal on 2026-09-21. Until that window elapses the bucket record remains on the project and continues to block the transfer. No staff action can release it early. Once the deadline passes, the bucket and its record are removed and the project transfer will proceed normally.
