During a change in the configuration of postgress my bank lost all data. I tried to do the roolback but it was no use. I need help!

Do you have pgdump backups? That is what I would advise in order to restore dataloss.

ZFS backups are only available on the pro plan, and we do not make pgdump backups of a customer's service.
Unless you've set up a backup mechanism we unfortunately cannot help you with point in time recovery.
