Unfortunately, once a database service and its volume are deleted, the data is not recoverable. Deleting a volume also removes all associated backups, and we do not maintain infrastructure-level snapshots that could be used for recovery of deleted resources.

For future reference, the Backups feature allows you to create manual and scheduled backups of volumes, but these backups are tied to the volume itself and are removed if the volume is deleted or wiped.
