Deleted projects are charging

I have deleted 4 projects (early unsuccessful trials), after 3 weeks they appear marked "project will be deleted". On the billing page, they also show non-zero charges while they were never deployed and had no traffic. My bill still appears to be $20 (I'll find out soon) so maybe this doesn't matter. But it make me uneasy.

Question to the community, is this support model works for you? I thought it's Microsoft's thing to humiliate users with the documentation and support workflow. Maybe I just didn't find a private chat to ask my question? Many other services I use provide the option to chat live or at least submit a ticket. Why here I should browse others issues, all of them a kinda similar but no, not this one, mabye next,.. ah no, let me read this one,... no again - waste my time, just to write my own public post and hope that somebody will see it. This is a horrible model! I know all the textbook reasons why companies are doing this but I am telling you, Railway, this is driving some people crazy. You make us jump through the hoops to make your life easier at the expense of ours. I want my issues - which are bugs in your own software - resolved privately and transparent

Hello,

When opening a thread, you have the option to create a private thread for any Railway platform issues, just in case you need to open another thread for something else down the line.

Deleted projects have their resources halted instantly and then they permanently delete themselves after 48 hours, but the project names would still show up in your billing until the end of the billing cycle.

But I would also like to mention that you have two projects with services about to be deleted, that you have not committed to deleting, just in case you weren't aware, since they have running resources.

Best,
Brody
