my database was deleted after I transferred the project to a pro account and after deleting this account, my database was deleted. please help me restore it, I beg you

I bought a pro plan and transferred my project with a database there, but then I deleted the pro account and apparently I read it wrong, I read that after deleting my project with a database would be transferred to the hobby account, but this did not happen. I am very upset now. I have restored everything except the database. Please help me, I beg you. I had 1000 users there.

I'm sorry but we can not restore lost data that the user deleted, we can only restore data if the data loss is the result of a platform malfunction.

Going forward I recommend enabling 2FA and using our database backup template - https://railway.app/template/I4zGrH

I just deleted the pro account that had the project and database. Is there no way to restore it?

When you delete an account we delete all associated data with it.

We can not offer to restore a backup unless the platform was at fault.

In this case you initiated the project delete so we would not be able to help.
