To deploy from GitHub, you must first install and authorize the Railway GitHub App on your GitHub account - you can do that here. If you see a "Limited Access" indicator in your dashboard, that is a temporary deployment pause that resolves automatically. Please share a screenshot of the error you see when trying to create a service so we can help further.
