Deploy / Build logs not coming up!

Hello, I am making a new deployment which is crashing and I can't see any of the logs to find the problems.

i understand but it's the same thing all over. No project shows logs

They show but it will take several minutes

i also see now, but it's still super slow.

Also, i have issues navigating the cause of the crash, do you have any clue ?

please provide a link to the deployment with slows logs, as they all open fast for me
