Volume mount stuck in retry loop on service web-production-fb1e9. Just upgraded from Trial to Hobby plan. Deploy step hangs on 'Creating containers' for 15+ minutes. Volume region: US West. Multiple deploys affected.

The issue was duplicate volumes on the service - two volumes competing for mount points causes the container creation to hang. Looks like you already resolved this by removing the extra volume. Your latest deploy completed successfully and the remaining volume is healthy.
For reference, each Railway service supports a single volume. If you need multiple mount points, you'd use subdirectories within that one volume.
