When I open the Deploy Logs for a service, the log viewer always starts at the very beginning of the deployment (day one), not at the latest entries.

From there, it auto-scrolls/auto-loads day by day, working its way forward through every single day until it finally reaches today's date and time — this takes several minutes and there's no way to skip ahead.

The "Jump to bottom" button does nothing — clicking it does not take me to the latest logs.

On top of that, if I try to scroll manually with the mouse wheel while it's loading, the view resets and jumps all the way back to the beginning again, so I lose my place and it starts the whole day-by-day loading process over.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a service's Deploy Logs
2. Observe it opens at the oldest logs (deployment start date) instead of the latest
3. Wait — it auto-loads log-by-log through every day until reaching the current time
4. Click "Jump to bottom" — nothing happens
5. Try scrolling with the mouse wheel during loading — view resets to the top/start again

Expected behavior:

Deploy Logs should open at the latest log entries by default, and "Jump to bottom" should reliably jump to the current time without resetting on manual scroll.
