Deploy stays at "Initializing"

I started a new deployment of a project (has not been deployed before), but it has now been stuck in "Initializing" for almost 2h.

Definitely not ideal and I'd like to look into this. Do you have a link to the specific deploy running into that long initializing step? I don't see any active right now or in what you originally linked and would like to investigate this.
