My service Aura_Backend_RW is still completely blocked by a "Waiting for volume migration" going on 12 hours now

Something similar happening to me!
I tried provisioning a brand new service in a completely different region (us-west instead of us-east), and it is also stuck in the same 'Waiting for volume migration' state.
