12 hours and nothing?

Looks like there was an issue with our system that has since been resolved. Can you give it a go and let me know how it looks?

Three days later and I'm still having the same problem. What do I have to do to make this work? Do I have to go to another company to get this done? It's pretty basic, by the way. I need a solution, and I need it now. I have an update stalled because of you and your lack of solutions.
