Deploy stuck in queue

All my deployments from production environment are stuck in queue, tried to retrigger it few times and still same result.
They were triggered through GitHub CI

Your three production deployments left the queue at about 13:27 UTC and have now built and deployed. The api deployment, for example, went live at about 13:29 UTC, and nothing is queued in your workspace anymore, so no further retriggers are needed.
