My React app deployments are getting stuck on “Initializing” for 45+ minutes. I pushed small JSON content updates (no major code changes), and new commits are not being picked up by a fresh deploy. The counter keeps increasing and never transitions to build/run.

I have triggered a redeploy of that service and it looks like everything is up and running!

Still there are 3 recent commits on GitHub that don’t appear in my Railway service’s deploy list. I want to deploy them (or force Railway to fetch them) without disrupting the project.

I want to deploy "upload alfredo's profile" commit but it appears as removed and there are 2 commits after that that just don't appear
