While the logs show a completed pre-deploy command, which also worked fine for the previous 5+ deploys and with the same code in the staging environment, it does not stop the container. Successful previous deploys go from "No pending migrations to apply." To "Stopping container". This does not happen here, and I'm clueless as to why.
