Has performance been degraded? My latest push has been deploying for over 30 minutes now!

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 My deployment is taking too long creating containers
- 🧵 Deployment taking way too long!
- 🧵 Asynchronous AOF fsync is taking too long ....
- 🧵 Deployment Step Sharing Auth Taking too long

Same issue here. No significant code changes, build is fine, but then hangs trying to deploy.
