I am seeing a bug which has seemed to appear before (searching title here) and it claimed to be fixed.

I own the repo and it still blocks me as an external contributor. My account is not logged in via Github, but the app is auto-deployed via Github signed in to my account so it shouldn't be a problem.

I am also experiencing this on another workspace I belong to but am not the owner of the repo, but a contributor to it. I used to have auto-deployments but it broke within the last couple of weeks, now I always have to manually approve.
