When I was on the trial plan deployments would start instantly, but now once I've upgrade to Hobby the deployments are much slower.
The extra wait time seems to come from some sort of waiting where the logs just say "Waiting for build to start..."
It's increased the build time from the trial plan where it was taking around 1 minute to build to 10-12 now.
The initalization time is now taking around 10 minutes, when previously it was taking near 0, what would've caused this to change?
