Deployed elisya project, unable to access it

Deployed the following site:
https://wisdoms-api.up.railway.app/
The deploy logs shows that the server is running correclty and connected to the DB, however I should be abel to go to /swagger to access the APIs page, yet I'm only getting "Application failed to respond", what could be the cause?
