Hi Support, my website was deployed on railway for the past 3 months, no issue since but today it kind of broke off all the media and the load speed of the website is really slow.
I upgraded from Hobby to Pro plan, but I am not sure if that is the fix that is needed, as the site is still breaking / loading slow / media not loading properly.
Any ideas to recommend on what to check? What info you need from me?

I’m in a similar situation. Everything suddenly became drastically slow right after the deployment. There were no issues at all before that.

Hello, a few things would help narrow this down.
Since the site had been stable for months and then suddenly started showing slow load times plus broken media, I’d want to confirm whether this is coming from the app itself, the Railway service/container, or an external dependency such as image hosting, storage, or a CDN.
Could you share the following?
Service/deployment details
Deployment / runtime info
Media-specific details
Performance symptoms
If you can send the deployment logs, runtime logs, and 2–3 failing media request examples, that should be enough to start isolating whether this is an application issue or a platform-side issue.
