This started over 1 hour ago

We call incidents when it affects over a certain percent of users and didnt see many reports that indicated issues. This type of error could happen for a few reasons from things on our side to github having issues so we dont want to prematurely call something that isnt true.

All that being said, sorry y'all got hit by this and we're fixing this to prevent this type of error from happening again.
