After updating an env var, the staged changes banner appears on the canvas. To deploy, click "Details" on that banner to open the review panel, then click "Deploy" inside the panel. If the button is still unresponsive, try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and repeat the flow.
