i changes existing env var and deploy button that shown after updating the envs isnt doing anything

After updating an env var, the staged changes banner appears on the canvas. To deploy, click "Details" on that banner to open the review panel, then click "Deploy" inside the panel. If the button is still unresponsive, try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and repeat the flow.

Also deploying any new service isnt working, railway im starting to think about moving from you guys, too many issues lately

At that time I believe we had some slowdowns affecting applying that kind of changes. Are you able to try again now and let me know if you're still seeing this?
