I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or not, would appreciate some help

Every-time I deploy migrations using prisma, the migrations run nicely and there is no issue what so ever, but I am getting the following error in postgres and been trying to solve it for some time.
Error: "could not receive data from client: Connection reset by peer"

Any insight would be helpful !
