Docker image: ghcr.io/railwayapp-templates/timescale-postgis-ssl:pg16-ts2.13
Limit cpu to 4 vCPUs
Enable serverless
Choose EU West AMS region
Attach a volume to /var/lib/
Click deploy changes
The service gets stuck in "deploying" stage then crashes after 30 minutes
