upgrading to pro will it be much much faster?

Upgrading to pro allows you to have more concurrent builds, I am unsure if it would make much of a difference for just a singular build at a time.

its mostly stuck at that

Hey, the team is looking into this, right now, the issue seems to originate from increased latency of a certain upstream dependency.

i think this is fixed

today one of our deployment has been stuck on "Creating containers" for 25 minutes 😵‍💫
