Hello, I would like to deploy a project online. I can run it locally with Railway, but I don't understand how to run it online. So, in production, could you help me?! And so, are we necessarily required to use Vercel for this?

Hey, feel free to ask any questions about deploying on Railway. No, you do not need Vercel at all, as Railway can host any Next.js application.
I recommend following the documentation at https://docs.railway.com/quick-start#deploying-your-project---from-github on how to deploy on Railway first.
