Deployment is always queued even though there's no build ahead

Your "BuildOS" service in the Structora project is stuck in INITIALIZING status, which is occupying a build queue slot and preventing the "worker" deployment from moving past QUEUED. You can abort the stuck BuildOS deployment from its deployment menu to unblock the queue.
