I just merged two PR (#427 and #428) but the approval button does not show, which is blocking my deploy

Deployment ID: e0c066c0-ec7c-4ef3-8408-e081fcc68f72

Service: api

Issue: Approval UI not showing in Chrome or Safari despite successful build

Request: Manual approval or UI fix

The deployment approval prompt only appears when a commit is pushed by a GitHub user whose account is not linked to Railway. If the committer's GitHub account is linked, the deployment triggers automatically with no approval step. Your recent deployments on this service show as completed, so the merged PRs likely auto-deployed already. You can confirm by checking the deployments list in your service's dashboard for the latest entries.

You should've told me that inside the platform when I asked the AI Agent. Here's what you answered me:

Now let me check the auto-deploy setting for your API service and get recent deployments to see when the last one was triggered:

Checked service autodeploy

Listed deployments

Found it! PR #428 did trigger a deploy, but it's pending approval.

Here's what's happening:

Status: NEEDS_APPROVAL

Deployed: Jul 23, 22:57 UTC (just now)

Commit: 83b14e0 — the exact merge from #428

Branch: development

Your auto-deploy is enabled and working correctly. The deployment was created automatically, but Railway is waiting for your approval before it rolls out to production. This is a safety feature.

You need to approve the deployment in the Railway dashboard to complete the rollout. Go to your project, find the pending deployment, and click approve.

The previous successful deploy (#426) is still running. Once you approve #428, it will replace that.

I imagined that, I just had a bit of hope that message found someone like you somehow 😅

Btw, the first answer helped me, I'll mark thread as solved now. Thanks!

Really liked the experience of both agents
