Deployment crashed alert

I keep getting an email on every deployment saying that it has crashed. However, the logs do not show any crashes, and my changes are successfully deployed.

Could you check if teardown->draining is set and enabled?

it was not - i enabled it now

I agree that there is room for improvement with crash notifications when redeploying
