Deployment fail due to image size

Trying to deploy a Flak app repository from github
Getting the error "Image of size 6.9 GB exceeds the limit of 4 GB"
The repository is rather small and only require few basic packages. The 6.9 GB size doesn't make sense

Sorry, it wouldn't, that would require the Pro plan.
