I'm experiencing a deployment failure on my service VINC-WMS. The deployment is failing at the infrastructure level before even reaching the build stage.

Error Details:

/orchestrator.RegionService/ListRegions UNAVAILABLE: No connection established.

Last error: connect ETIMEDOUT 10.10.10.42:8775

Railway's internal orchestrator is timing out when trying to connect to the region service for the asia-southeast1-eqsg3a multi-region deployment.

What I've Observed:

The deployment has no events, build logs, or deploy logs — it never reached the build stage

Previous deployment on May 12 succeeded without infrastructure issues

Recent code changes are only UI/UX updates (table components, searchable comboboxes, permissions) — no infrastructure or deployment config changes

This appears to be a transient platform-side issue, not related to application code

What I've Tried:

Attempted to redeploy the service multiple times

Issue persists

Request: Please investigate the connection issue between the orchestrator and the region service for asia-southeast1-eqsg3a. This is blocking deployments for my service.
