Here is what I see in the service settings.

Regions = US West (California, USA) METAL BETA

Runtime = Legacy

I never had to update these settings myself before. But the error seems to indicate that I need to update them? For the "Runtime" setting, the other option I see is "V2". Should I choose that option?
