Deployment Failing

My deployments are consistently failing with 'Failed to create deployment' at the 'Deploy → Create container' stage before any logs are produced. This happens on new projects, all regions (US East and US West), and on both Trial and Hobby plans. Railway's diagnosis tool confirms it as an Infrastructure Error.

Your evolution-api deployments are failing because the Docker image (atendai/evolution-api:latest) could not be pulled from Docker Hub. This is what surfaces as the "Infrastructure Error" in the diagnosis tool. Your other services (like n8n) are deploying successfully, so the issue is specific to that image. Please verify the image name and tag still exist on Docker Hub - if it was recently renamed or removed, you'll need to update the image reference in your service settings. If the image does exist, try redeploying, as this can also be caused by transient Docker Hub rate limiting.
