Deployment fails at Create container

Deployment f98bd648 fails at Deploy → Create container.
The build succeeds, but Railway fails before the container starts.
There are no Deploy Logs because the container is never created.
The built-in Diagnose action also fails.

The previous CLI deployment on the same service, attached volume and configuration worked successfully.

Go to the service Settings > Volumes, click Detach on the volume, trigger a fresh redeploy of the main branch, and then Reattach the volume
