I’m running into a deployment failure and can’t pinpoint the root cause.

Context:

Deployment triggered via GitHub

Build pipeline completes successfully

Failure occurs during container creation

Error details:

Stage: Deploy > Create container

Message: Failed to create deployment

What I’ve checked so far:

Changing regions (didn't work)

Retrying old code that was previously successful (didn't work)
