Pro account holder. CaseBldr Clone March 11 service cannot deploy since April 4 host outage. Builder configuration stuck on RAILPACK despite railway.json and nixpacks.toml both specifying NIXPACKS. 13+ failed deployments, zero build logs generated.

I'd highly suggest migrating to Railpack as Nixpacks is deprecated.

It is not a “requirement.” However, Nixpacks is labeled as deprecated in dashboard UI.
