We haven't been able to deploy to one of our apps for at least 13 hours. When we trigger a deploy (unchanged from previous working deployments), it appears to start two deployments at once. Both eventually hang at “Deploying > Create Containers” until it fails. We also attempt to re-deploy from the UI and got the same result.

The previous deploy state would complete within 20 seconds, now it times out after 25+ minutes.
