I'm having an issue deploying new updates from a GitHub container to Railway. All new deployments get stuck at the “Deploy > Creating containers…” step — it never finishes. The Initialization and Build phases complete successfully, but the next phase hangs indefinitely. Do you know why this might still be happening?

I appreciate the quick response, but this issue has been blocking deployments for a while, and I’m paying for the service. I expect a more conclusive explanation or at least some transparency on what’s causing it. Could you please share what’s known so far or provide an ETA for when this will be resolved?
