Failed deployment IDs: (and the new one if it's still hanging)
Issue: Deployment stuck on SNAPSHOT_CODE step for 30+ mins. Previous build of same service completed in 2 mins. Repo is accessible.
Timeline: First successful build at 09:53:50, subsequent attempts at 10:16:25 and after both hang

Your latest deployment for voxi-api completed successfully and the service is running normally. The earlier builds getting stuck on the snapshot step were a transient issue that has since cleared. If you're still seeing hangs on new deployments, please let us know.
