Railway will restart the deployment up to 10 times, beyond that there's something majorly wrong and the user should look into the issue and implement a fix.

Thanks for the answer. It starts again perfectly fine after I click "Restart" from the first try. It also sends me email with manual "Restart" button right after crashed, I don't see any automatic attempts to restart.

What's your restart setting set to in the service settings?

Restart Policy on Failure. 10 attempts

Then as previously mentioned, the 10 attempts where likely exhausted at some point.

That would work for a temporary fix.
