Build completes successfully, but CREATE_CONTAINER stays pending indefinitely with no container logs or app error. This has happened across 4 consecutive deployments since ~02:53 UTC. An earlier deployment around 00:28 UTC completed normally. The currently live service still responds, but the new deployment never reaches container creation/startup. Please investigate the Railway deploy/container provisioning side for service acceptable-eagerness.
