Hello, my deploy is stuck at ‘Deployment in progress: taking a snapshot of the code…’ for ~30+ minutes. I retried twice and both deploys get stuck at the same step.

From our metrics, GitHub was slow to transfer the repo's archive tarball, which resulted in timeouts on each retry attempt and caused the snapshot errors you saw. We've since seen recovery. Can you please try to redeploy?
