Have you configured any Watch Paths in your service settings that trigger deployments based on specified file changes in your repo?

Also, check if you have selected the same branch you are making changes to, in your service settings > source.

Hi. You should've gotten an email and notification about this. Your Railway App Installation in GitHub requires that you confirm new permissions, which are required to ensure code access of project members.
You can do the following:
- Go to your Organization Settings
- Go to "GitHub Apps" in the sidebar
- You should see "Railway App" in the list, and it should say something along the lines of new permissions requested
- Click on "Review" and confirm
