When i push the commit in the git hub railway unable to deploy the current commit . it got stuck on the previous commit every time i deploy it takes the old commit

Are you sure that you have indeed connected to the right repository and branch? You can find the related settings under Service > Settings > Source. Alternatively you could try CTRL/CMD + K > Deploy latest commit.
