I have triggered a deployment which successfully builds but does not get deployed. There are no deploy logs to help determine the cause of the issue

- 📚 Viewing Logs
- 🧵 Deployment stuck after successful build (us-east4)
- 🧵 No build logs, and no deploy logs

Enabling "Metal Build" fixed the issue
