Your workspace is on the Hobby plan, and you're experiencing a limited access deployment pause, which occurs during high-traffic periods when Pro/Enterprise tiers are prioritized. Your queued deployments will automatically process once the pause lifts, and no action is needed on your part. If you need to deploy immediately, upgrading to the Pro plan bypasses the deployment queue entirely.
