Hi,
My deployment on the "secure-gratitude" service (secure-gratitude-production-8e87.up.railway.app) has been stuck for over 40 minutes at the "Build > Building the image" step, triggered via CLI (railway up).
I'm seeing the "Deployments are slow to progress" banner as well as a "Networking info temporarily unavailable" notice on the dashboard.
My previous deployment (ACTIVE, "Deployment successful") is still running normally, so the site itself stays up, but I can't get this new deployment to go through.
Could you check if this is related to the ongoing incident, or unblock this build manually?

Apologies for the trouble. We're aware of an ongoing issue, "Deployments are slow to progress," affecting deployments across all regions, which is what's causing your build to stall. Your existing deployment will continue serving traffic in the meantime. You can follow updates here: Deployments are slow to progress
