A deployment that would usually build in 2-3 minutes is now hanging for over 15, this happened after negligible code changes, and I suspect something else is wrong, such as a potential outage or server issue on Railway's side? I aborted the deployment, reverted code to working state and redeployed and it is still stuck building for over 10 minutes.
