Deployment stuck in "Post-deploy"

Hello!
My deployments stopped going through and whenever I trigger a new one it just stops at "Post-deploy".
As you can see it never even starts, the same thing is happening to my MySQL instance.

Okay please if you see this again can you leave the project around. Happy to credit you for any usage, just makes it very difficult to debug if you delete it
