My deployments started to be queued with the message:
Deployment queued due to upstream GitHub issues
my account is active, I still have trial days and initial money on the account.
Please investigate.

good timing! few deployments before were queued in total for maybe 2hrs. Redeployed just before the second and it worked. Resolved, Thanks!
